Engineer Raatikka recomnends retainage of 5 percent on Projects 79-3, 79-4, <br />79-5, 79-7, 79-8, 79-9. because they are over 90 percent complete at this <br />t~me. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to authorize <br />the f~nal payments on Projects 79-1 and 79-10 as per the City engineer's <br />reco~n,endat ion. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
