cOMMERCIAL <br /> <br />UMB area discussed - permitted uses allowed and no non-conforming uses. <br /> <br />Urban Business vs. UB/C - density 15 units to the acre~ some areas 15 to 20 <br />per acre. <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle suggested not establishing a density. <br /> <br />Mr. Marston stated that he would rather have the community tell him what it <br />is he has to deal with. <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle stated that the developer should be innovative and if <br />the density is spelled out, you would have given them an open card. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson suggested staying with the present UMB area -- He asked <br />if the Commission wanted to see the permitted uses we have now without a <br />PUD in an area designated as a UMB? <br /> <br />Ron West stated he though~t~should'~e a specificinse.~- <br /> <br />Art Dunn commented that individuals developing ~ommercial land, the <br />chances of him knowing what is going in is prettY slim. <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL <br /> <br />Industrial - it is suggested to identify by a type of proposed use, set of <br />conditions for this industrial to exist within the City.
