Counc~!man Mickelson and Mayor Gamec feel that the concern would be that <br />in the future, new owners may decide to use this building for something <br />other than cold storage and that in past instances~ these pole type <br />buildings have become dilapidated eyesores'. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Cox that the request <br />for variances not be granted to Midwestern Underground Company for the <br />building as per their request and that the building should be des.igned <br />%o conform to the current City ordinances and regulations, governing thi.~ <br />type of building.. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
