The developer· is <br />proposing .8-fesidentai'i' 8ha ii commer~iai iotS~in Kamsey and one'h'oiding <br />pond'area which is a triangular shped piece, about 2½ acres in size. <br />They are proposzng 13 hommer~iai lots in Elk ~iver'and i2 residen[ial. <br />The. commercial lots are shown at one acre and residential are at 2½ <br />acres.
