The portion of the plat lying <br />in Ramsey is located in the rural service area and consists of <br />20 lots. None of the lots meet the area requirements Of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />2. There was no description of the parcel to be subdivided as per <br /> City Code Article 170.035B-a. <br /> <br />3. The names and addresses of the owners or subdividers were not <br /> shown on the plan as required by City Code Article 170.035B-b. <br /> <br />4. There should be a total acreage figure shown as per City Code <br /> Article 170.035B-d. <br /> <br />5. Existing zoning should be shown on the plat as required by <br /> City Code Article 170.035B-e. <br /> <br />6. The plan should also show the proposed land use as required by <br /> City Code Article 170.035B-i. <br /> <br />7. The cul-de-sac shown has a 120 foot diameter and it should have <br /> a 130 foot diameter as required in City Code Article 170.038C-7. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr.
