Location: <br /> <br />The parking area may abut the property line if the adjoining property <br />is zoned Business/Commercial, UMB, UB, or Industrial. Parking areas <br />adjoining other districts shall not be located closer than **25 feet~ <br />to the side or rear property line. Truck traffic shall be routed around <br />and not through the automobile parking areas. <br /> <br />**differs from city code. <br /> <br />STORAGE <br /> <br />All supplies, equipment, and motor vehciles in excess of two (2) or larger <br />than 9,000 pounds licensed gross weight shall be stored within a completely <br />enclosed building. <br /> <br />OUTSIDE STORAGE <br /> <br />All outside storage areas shall be enclosed by a screen wall .fence of <br />not less than 10 feet in height. Said screen wall fence shall be 100% <br />opaque and shall be so designed and constructed as to be architecturally <br />harmonious with the principal structure. A screen planting or other method <br />of screening may be substituted for the screen wall fence at the discretion <br />of the city council; providing, however, that any such screen planting <br />shall fulfill the foregoing height an opacity requirements throughout <br />each season of the year within 24 months after date of planting. <br /> <br />The following standards a~p~. for Commercial Districts onl~. <br /> <br />LOAD I NG ~.~..~.~.~. <br />An off-street loading facility shall be provided with an area of not less <br />than 12 feet in width and 65 feet in length, exclusive of aisles and maneuvering <br />space. Such facility shall be at the rear of principal structure and shall <br />be used exclusively for the loading and unloading of merchandise. All such <br />facilities, aisles and maneuvering space shall be surfaced in the same <br />manner as that prescribed for parking areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
