2. SITE PLAN- BUILDING DESIGN PLAN REVIEW

Attorney Goodrich is in the process of trying to put the site plan into ordinance
terminology.

The following are still some things that need to be addressed and clarified.

1. Screening language - choose one of the three.

See attached sheets - 2a.

2. Existing building design (exterior) code provision verses the new material
as previously discussed by P & Z. Should we have both sections, just one
or the combination of the two.

See attached sheets -2b.

3. Should there be a specific section requiring a buffer zone per se,
and if so, what are the size, contents, requirements, etc.

~. Should there be specific language limiting accesses and should this
be different for the various districts?

5. What type of lighting provisions are we concerned with? Only the
parking lots, which we do have language for, or for other areas as well,
which will then require a separate section'.

6. Storage- Page X- Any one. truck larger than 9,0001bs or any two
larger than that? What is meant?

See attached sheet - 2c.

7. Better definition for "outside storage". What consists of outside storage.

For example, there was a question about outside storage at NHC lumber, when
it existed, that lumber on the property was stored outside for sale - when it'
could have been considered just outside storage. This can be a problem.
