Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> February 26, 1980 <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br />In review of the revised preliminary plat we found the following revisions had <br />been made: <br /> <br />Iguana Street N.W. between the service road and T.H. 10 has been <br />eliminated and an additional commercial lot has been added to <br />the plat. <br /> <br />2. Right turn lanes have been added along~T.H. 10 at Llama St., <br /> Alpaca St. and Armstrong Blvd. , <br /> <br />3. A scenic easement along the Mississippi River following the <br /> apprgximate 100 year flood plain has been added.. <br /> <br />4. Drainage easements over Lots 13-15, Block 6, Lots 7, 8, 10, 11 & <br /> 12, Block 5 and Lots 8 & 9, Block 8 ha~e been provided. <br /> <br /> Following is a list of items and problems Which have not been completed or <br /> resolved: <br /> <br />1. A grading plan nor profiles of drainage ditches as reqoired by <br /> Article 170.037C of the City'Code have been provided. Also <br /> drainage calculations for determi.ning drainage structure sizes <br /> and ponding requirements have not been completed. <br /> <br />2. No comments in regard to traffic controls or signalization have <br /> been received from MN/DOT. <br /> <br />3. The lot sizes within the Mississippi River Corridor Critical <br /> Area have not been determined. <br /> <br />The preliminary construction plans have not been revised to <br />reflect-changes in the plat nor have our comments in our October <br />31, 1979, letter regarding the Plans, been addressed' <br /> <br />keith caswell jr.
