Acceptance of Jeanne Moen's resignation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson, seconded by Councilman Muller to accept the <br />re-~-~m~ation of Jean Moen effective 6/27/78. <br /> <br />5 A~s <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to hire <br />Jeanne Moen on a part-time, on-call basis, to assist with accounting <br />procedures under Arlene Stafford's direction. <br /> <br />5 Ayes. <br /> <br />9. James Hunt - refund $270 park fee. <br /> <br />Mr. Hunt owned 10 acres and subdivided a five-acre parcel off and added <br />the balance to an existing larger parcel. The buyer of the five-acre <br />parcel, Lennander, unknowingly paid a $540 lmrk fee ~Then actually it <br />should have been for one lot of ~70. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lennander was present to ask for the refund on the park fee they paid <br />on the property they actually do not own. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller, seconded byCouncilman Mickelson to refund the <br />$270 fee to Mrs. Lennander and bill Nn~&Mrs. Hunt for ~70 for the park <br />fee and Attorney Goodrich is to put a liz penden on the five-acre parcel <br />until the fee is paid. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />10. Proposal for Agenda cut-off date. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller, seconded by Councilman l~ckelson that no further <br />items will be put on the Agenda after 5 p.m. on the Monday preceding the <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />11. P & Z Recommendations <br /> <br />a) Occupations and Accessory Building - tabled until the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />b) Charles Rohl Varianc'e request. <br /> <br />Mr. Rohl was present at the meeting with Dr. Brunnel. He is seeking this <br />variance to sell a portion of his property to Dr. Brunnel, AnokaWest Pet Hospital. <br /> <br />Motion. by Councilman Gamec, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to allow a <br />subdivision variance to Charles Rohl for part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision <br /> _. · · ~ ii " ~---1 ~P~Dt~on <br />3~? __o'_L~{ 1_-_3 ~ ---' -~3,~ ' ~ o~ .... ~ <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />Council discussed the City's dog pound ~ith Dr. Brunnel at this time. <br />It was decided to send a letter to Blaine Midway Ail Pets and also to the <br />State Department of Agriculture indicating that the City has had complaints <br />on the fact that their is a disease present at the Blaine Midway facility <br />and the City wants answers or they w~ll take their business elsewhere. <br /> <br />c) P & Z Secretary Payment <br /> <br /> <br />
