Mr. Eggum explained that he <br /> was in favor of assessing versus escrow. Ron West stated that he <br /> would be extremely difficult to determine how much mo~ey would be escrowed <br /> since there is not a set time table for improvements. Brad Bodle <br /> explained that he felt assessing later would help eliminate administ~ative <br /> problems. The~Commission unanimously agreed that on this particular plat <br /> the paving should be assessed to benefitted property owners at time in-" <br /> stalled, but that the City be sur.e both this plat and Greenbergs be treated <br /> equally. <br /> <br />Motion by Brad Bodle, seconded by Gerry Zimmerman to recommend to the <br />City Council to approve the Preliminary Plat of Ramsey 67 Industrial <br />Park with the following cont.ingencies:. <br />1 ) Final Plat reflect the necessary soils, water table, & drainage <br /> in format ion. <br />2.) Street widths be changed from 36' to 41'. <br />3-) Temporary turnaround be provided for 138th Lane. <br />4-) Future paving expense be assessed to bene~.tt~ddp'r~pe~ty owners <br /> after sewer and water are in. <br />5.) A variance be granted to allow ~.cess to ~Sunfi~h' Lake-Bird from <br /> Lots 7 & 8, Blobk 1.
