SIX FOOT BIKE PATH <br /> <br />The developer wants a four foot wide bike paty, but agreed to build a <br />six foot wide path in accordance with the City's Critical Rivers Compre- <br />hensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to require <br />urban type streets in the entire plat. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting yes Councilman Cox and Councilman Reimann. Voting <br />no Councilman Sorteberg and Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve the <br />preliminary plat contingent on City Engineer's approval, compliance with <br />all relevant City Code requirements, and permitting the developer to <br />choose whether he wants rural or urban type streets, lot escrows for the <br />signalization, of Armstrong Blvd. and Highway #10, and the completion of <br />Llama Street, two and one-half acre lot size for residential lots on the <br />Mississippi River and a six foot wide bike path. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimarm and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no Councilman Cox. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
