Mayor Gamec said he feels there should be another hearing in order to <br />help resolYe some of the neighborhood problems. <br /> <br />Mr. Fred Streeter, 9430 - 180th Avenue N.W. said he went around with <br />some of the people in the neighborhood for the existing petition. He <br />said everyone agrees that something should be done, maybe not blacktop <br />but an alternative. Councilman Sorteberg felt another hearing should <br />be held. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />adopt Resolution 80-26 Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Calling <br />for Hearing and such hearing is to be held on liay 19, 1980 at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />SODERHOLM INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution 80-27 for the Soderholm Industrial Revenue Bond issue. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AM~NDIIENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Ordinance 80-4 which is an ordinance amending the Zoning Chapter of <br />the City Code by amending Sections 170.013D(2), 170.'013D(3) and adding <br />Section 170.014L. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, CounciLmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />The staff was instructed to obtain price quotes on the signs which will <br />be necessary to obtain. <br /> <br />VERN WFJtVER SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />Mr. Weaver and his attorney NSf. Edwards were presen%. <br /> <br />Mr. Edwards said he felt the park fee is too expensive. <br /> <br />After considerable discussion and negotiationthe following motion <br />was made. <br /> <br />CounciDnan Cox said that since this area borders on the City line he <br />could agree to a lower park fee.
