Voting no None, Motionby Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman S0rteberg to deny Mr, Volmer's conditional use application to construct a 624 square foot greenhouse in a residential zone. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimann~. Mickelson and Sorteberg. Voting no None. MINNESOTA UTILITY SITE AND DESIGN PLAN DEVELOPMENT 'CONTRACT..- ]~r. Lloyd Bearl was present representi.ng ~ii~nesota Utility. 'The Council reviewed the proposed contract withMr. Bearl. The Council agreed that paragraph 3d on Page 2 of {he contract can read as follows~ d) The exterior of the building shall be faced one~.third of ~the' height of the building for the entire width On %hat portion of the building facing Industry Avenue in brick type or appearing material and landscape plantings shall be placed along %his portion of %he building at Zhe'~ra%e of one every eight ~8) feet.
