ORDINANCE NO. 80-. <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING SITE PLAN AND BUILDING DESIGN APPROVAL 'FOR 'LAND'USES <br /> <br />AND BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS: <br /> <br />170.081 PURPOSE <br /> <br />It is declared to be the policy of the City to preserve and promote an <br />attractive, stable residential,- business and industrial district' environ- <br />ment for its citizens through encouraging well conceived, high-quality <br />developments. <br /> <br />No structure or land shall hereafter be used or occupied, and no structure <br />shall hereafter be effected, .constructed, ,.,meconstructed, moved ;o~. structt~rally <br />altered except in conformity with the following required specifications for <br />the zoning distr.!ct in which it is located. <br /> <br />170.082 APPLICATION <br /> <br />A Plan Approval Application for the site plan/building .design approval shall <br />be initiated by the owner or his authorized agent filing a form prescribed <br />by the City. The application shall be submitted to the Planning Department <br />along with a reimbursible deposit fee of ($500.00) Five Hundred Dollars <br />which shall be used to defray expenses of the City professional staff in <br />review of said Plan. However, if said Five Hundred Dollars ($500~00) is <br />not sufficient to defray the expenses incurred by the City in processing <br />and review of the application, additional monies will be required prior to <br />final action on the application. If the deposit becomes depleted such that <br />it is unlikely to be sufficient to meet the remaining anticipated expenses~ <br />the applicant sha]_l be required to deposit an s~unt sufficient to bring the <br /> <br /> <br />
