The said deposit described herein shall be in <br />addition to the application fee prescribed elsewhere in this chapter. <br /> <br /> 170.O83REQUIRED SITE PLAN/BUILDING DESIGN DATA <br /> <br /> It shall be a condition to Site Plan/Building Design application filing with <br /> <br /> the City's Planning Department that said application include the data required <br />· hereunder. <br /> <br />170.083A IDENTIFICATION AND DESCRIPTION AND CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> a) Type of use and type building construction, proposed name, <br /> <br /> and design, legal description and property address; <br /> <br /> b) Names and addresses of the owner of the land, engineer pre- <br /> paring the plans, surveyor of the site plan survey, draw- <br /> ing and architect if applicable; <br /> c) Number of employees anticipated to work at site <br /> <br /> d) A site plan accurate/y scaled and dimensioned to a graphic <br /> scale of not more than one (1) inch to one hundred (100) <br /> <br /> feet, specifically showing the location of all buildings. <br /> <br /> e) The building design plan must be certified by an architect <br /> registered in t~e State of Minnesota, certifying that the <br /> design of the building has been prepared under his direct <br /> supervision.
