2) <br /> <br />Design and Construction <br /> <br />Off-street parking areas shall be so designed that <br />vehicles may be parked in a convenient and orderly <br />fashion. Parking areas shall be surfaced and main- <br />tained with a hard, all-weather, durable, dust-free <br />surfacing material, shall be properly drained, and <br />shall be maintained in a sightly ~ and well-kept con- <br />dition. Each parking space shall be clearly out- <br />lined or otherwise marked and shall have a minimum <br />width of nine (9) feet and a length of twenty (20) <br />feet exclusive Of aisles and maneuvering space. <br />Clear aisle widths shall be at least twelve (12) <br /> <br />feet for forty-five (45) degree parking, eighteen <br />(18) feet long ~j~4~ ~7 .~~ light- <br />lng used to ill6~inate off-street parking areas shall <br />be so arranged as to deflect the light away from <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Location: <br /> <br />The parking area may abut the property line if the <br /> <br /> adjoining property is zoned Business/Commercial, <br /> <br />i ~kj~M~, UB, or Industrial. Parking areas adjoining <br /> <br /> other districts shall not be located closer than **25 <br /> <br /> feet to the side or rear property line.
