j) Loading: <br /> <br /> An off-street loading facility shall be provided with <br /> an area of not less than twelve (12) feet in width and <br /> sixty-five (65) feet in length, exclusive of aisles and <br /> msaneuvering space. Such facility shall be at the rear <br /> of principal structure and shall be used exclusively for <br /> the loading and anloading of merchandise. Ail such <br /> facilities, aisles and maneuvering space shall be s~rfaced <br /> <br /> in the same manner as that prescribed for parking areas. <br /> <br />170.086B The district standards for the I-l, Industrial district shall be <br /> as hereafter described: <br /> <br /> a) Lot size, width and setback requirements and permitted <br /> <br /> uses. See Section 170.013D(3) as amended of the City Code. <br /> <br /> b) Building Design and Construction. See Section 170.014K <br /> Subd 5 as amended of the City Code, in addition to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> <br /> 1) Ail exterior wall finishes on any building construction <br /> shall be of material other than metal on at. least fifty <br /> (50) percent of the exposed wall where the building is <br /> adjacent to any other existing or future structure or <br /> street. The Planning and Zoning .Commission and/or City <br /> Council may change the requirements of this paragraph <br /> depending on the relative location of the building and <br /> surrounding a~eas. <br /> <br /> 2) Ail buildings in the Industrial district shall be of <br /> Type II or IV as defined in the Minnesota State Building <br /> Code.
