There was some confusion since attachments noted
were not included with the minutes. It is requested that in the future
attachments referred to in the minutes be included with them.

The Secretary was instructed to forward a letter to Metropolitan Council
regarding the Draft Open Space Developmmnt Guide Policy Plan. In addition
an article for the City Newsletter is to be prepared and submitted regarding
the proposed bond issue.

Chairmmn Donovan noted that a second hockey rink was authorized by the
Council at Ramsey Elementary School. He also noted that R.Y.A.A. was
delaying a decision on their proposed indoor arena until January, 1981.
This would allow the completion of the grant application for the development
in the SE corner of Ramsey.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.

Respectfui1 y submitted,

John Lichter
Secretary
