SPECIAL COUNCIL City of Ramsey Anoka County State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice themeof, the Ramsey City Council held a special meeting on August 8, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.Wo, Ramsey~ Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor Gamec Councilman Somteberg Councilman Reimann Councilman Cox Members Absent: Councilman Mickelson Also Present: City Engineer Raatikka City Administrator Schnelle Mayor Gamec informally called the meeting to Order at 5:10 P.M. He stated the purpose of the meeting was to act on the bids on Street Projects #80-9, 80-10, 80-11, 80-12 and 80-14, approval of election judges for' Primary and General Elections 1980, pay raise of the' Election'Judge Chairmen and the Industrial Park street paving. ''A) Receive.and A¢cept.'Bids.'0n-'Stmeet?Projects Motion by Councilman Coxand seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt Resolution #80-74B to receive and accept bids on Street Projects #80-9, 80-10, 80-11, 80-12 and 80-lB and to .award the'bid to the lowbidder, N.D.H., Inc., whose total bid was $319,407.50. Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting no-None. C)''Raise the Pay.'of'the Six-'(6)'Ele¢~ion'Judge'Chaimmen Motion by CoUncilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to appmove the raise in pay of the'six (6) Election Judge Chairmen~fr~m $3.00 to $3.25 because the chairmen'have a greater responsibility than the election judges whose pay is $3.00.
