She moted that at the meeting, the Council passed a motion to just go ahead and <br />make changes without garages. She said she could not see wher~ the Council <br />reviewed P & Z recommendations and she couldn't See how they came up with their <br />recommendations. She said the problem she was having is that the P & Z Commission <br />had asked for results after the public hearing before the Council made their <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West and seconded by Ben Deemer to change the Septembem P & Z <br />Commission Meeting from September 1, 1980 to September 2, 1980 because of <br />Labor Day falling on the 1st. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer and seconded by Gerald Zimmerman to recommend to City <br />Council to change the P & Z Commission Meeting days' from' Mondays to Tuesdays to <br />coincide with councJ_l meeting days and to eliminate the possibility of the 1st <br />Monday and second Tuesday falling on consecutive days. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-1'.
