Voting no None. <br /> <br />Metro Guidelines in regards to amending Comprehensive Plan: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council tried to discuss this issue with the County Board <br />but they adjourned their County Board Special meeting so there was no real <br />discussion with the Board on this issue. In view of this, the Ramsey City <br />Council stated that a resolution should be adopted requesting County assist- <br />ance on this issue. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #80-86 Requesting Anoka County to Oppose Metropolitan Council's <br />proposed Guidelines For Review of any Amendments to Local Governments Com- <br />prehensive Plans. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
