NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br />Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, <br />1980 at 7:40 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to confider an application for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a gift shop in an R-1 area. (Ordin <br />170.016A) for Gordon and Edith cornelius. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Beaudry's <br />2nd Addition and is generally known as 15231 Jaspar St. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
