The home occupation shall be carried on by a member of <br />the family rr:sjding Jn the dwelling unit with not more than one (]) <br />employee who 5s not part of the family. <br /> <br /> 2. The home occupation shall be carried on wholly within <br />the pr5ncipa] structure unless specifically authorized by tbe condi- <br />tional use permit granted by this section. <br /> <br /> 3. Exterior displays or signs other than those permitted <br />-by the city's sign ordinance, exterior storage of materials, and <br />exterior indication of the home occupation or variation from the <br />residential character of the principal structure shall not be per- <br />mitred. <br /> <br /> ~. Objectionable noise, vlbration, smoke, dust, electri- <br />cal disturbance, odors, heat, or glare shall not be produced. <br /> <br /> <br />
