6. City/School Newsletter <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the City can use the newsletter to get <br />infor~ation out to the citizens. <br /> <br />7. Pondvale Estates; Request for Preliminary Plat Approval <br /> <br />It was noted that this has had to be cancelled because of a delay in Pondvale <br />getting_ the City their plans and will be back on the agenda October 28, 1980. <br /> <br />8. Upgrading of Highway 5 & 47 <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said it won't be done until next spring. <br /> <br />9. Assessment Assumption Agreement <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the check which was made out to the City by the <br />mortgage company. It was the Council's concensus to hold up on this <br />matter. <br /> <br />~otion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn the <br />regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox.
