SPECIAL COUNCIL <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held <br />a special meeting on October 15, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />151~3 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />Members I~esent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Mickelson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />Building Official Berg <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Camec called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. D. Krueger~ 15828 Ramsey Blvd. <br /> <br />Mr. Krueger said he would like to subdivide off one acre of his property <br />and he was willing to pay the assessment for that. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said it was okay as far as he was concerned as long as <br />that portion to be subdivided off is close to one (1) acre. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the council to direct a finding of facts to <br />determine if that portion of Mr. Krueger's property comes close to <br />one (1) acre. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by CouncilmanReimann to recommend <br />that Mr. Krueger proceed to the Planning & Zoning Commission for the <br />possibility of subdividing his parcel, which came up at the Street <br />Improvement Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilman Cox requested that a discussion on the directory signs be <br />added to the Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the Agenda with addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
