Resolution Adopting Assessment Roll for Each of the Public Improvement <br />Projects 8018] 80-9, 86110, 80'11, 80-12 & 80-14 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #80-138 adopting assessment roll for Project #80-8 (Kamacite <br />and 159th Avenue) at the interest rate of eight and one-half (8½%) per <br />cent annum. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />MJckelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-138. <br /> <br />Motion by CounciLman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #80-139 adopting assessment roll for Project #80-9 (Whispering <br />Pines Plat #2) at the interest rate of eight and one-half (8½%) per cent <br />aI1/]LUR 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-liayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #80-139. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the question is between U~rs. Westphal and <br /> <br /> o ~m° <br />l~s ~ath when the City Engineer brought up their lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Cox to adopt' <br />Resolution #80-140a directing City Staff to prepare finding of fact on <br />Mr. Ralph Karlsen concerning Parcel 8010 Plat 89215 regarding its build- <br />ability. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Mayor G~,ec noted the 159th, Ebony, Dolomite & 158th Lane area~was ~ar- <br />ticularly bad with a lot of ponding areas. He said~the area should be <br />looked at closely for problems. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox asked if the road there was compacted good enough. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka said the road was graded improperly and that was <br />what caused the problems.' He noted there are virtually no ditches there. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox noted that the inconvenience and cost ran higher there also. <br /> <br />Motion by Council;san Reimarm and seconded b~ Councilman Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #80-140 adopting assessment roll for Project #80-10 (159th,' <br />Ebony, Dolomite & 158th Lane) at the interest rate 'of eight and one-half <br />(.8½%) per cent annum. <br /> <br />~otion carried.
