SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE FOR HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT APPLICANT: LINDA R. MONTE, DEGREED ACCOUNTANT~ B.S. DELAWARE STATE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS NAME: PUBLIC ACCOUNTING SERVICE LOCATION: 6511 169th LANE N.W.~ ANOKA, MINNESOTA (OFFICE LOCATED IN RESIDENCE) SCOPE OF BUSINESS: To render accounting services to small businesses and private individuals requiring accounting services. The business renders services to approximately 4 persons daily during tax preparation season. This covers from January 15th to April 15th of each year. Services supplied during the remainder of the year are to small businesses. This encompasses the maintainance of their books and preparation of related financial and quarterly reports. The business does not offer any retail sales or services which require any continuous or heavy flow of. customer traffic or parking. It will in no way affect any normal function or operation in the neighborhood ~or cause any inconvenience to any other residents of this area. Most appointments with clients last approximately one to one and one-half hours, and will require no special parking requirements other than the driveway of the above listed residence. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Request permission to erect sign measuring 22 inches in heighth and 48 inches in length stating name of business. This is to identify location of business and prevent any inconvenience to neighbors by business clients who are not familiar with location of business. Many homes in my area are without house numbers and the streets are poorly lighted. OTHER INFORMATION: Most non tax clients do not patronize business facility other than to periodically pick up required books and forms prepared by above listed business. Paperwork prepared for these clients are picked up at their place of business by above named applicant, prepared at her place of business and then picked up by the client. This in no way causes any change in the normal flow of traffic or the normal operation of neighborhood functions. This basically is a part-time business with no employees other than applicant. This will enable me to be home with my children and still continue to carry on my profession.
