NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOK~q COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M., on <br />November 3, 1980 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Mn 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to consider the application <br />of Linda R. Monte for a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of <br />conducting a business of accounting services to small businesses and <br />private individuals and to erect a sign stating name of business at <br />6511 - 169th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The property if legally described as Shady Lawn Estates, Lot 7, <br />Block 6. Plat 91525 Parcel 330. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are indited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the condit'ional use request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />Written comments must be received at the above address prior to 5:00 P.M. <br />November 3, 1980. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
