PROPOSED <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT re Linda Monte <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />l) That the applicant has properly applied for a conditional use permit <br />as required by Ordinance to operate an accounting service. <br /> <br />2) That the applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning COmmission <br />for a public hearing pursuant to City Zoning Ordinance on November 3, 1980. <br />That said public hearing was properly advertized and that the minutes of <br />said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3) That the Standards for Consideration are as follows: <br /> <br />a) The property is zoned R-1 and this is not a permitted use. <br /> <br />b) ThC adjoining properties are residential dwellings located <br /> on approximately one acre parcels. <br /> <br />c) No similar uses are known to exist in the City. <br /> <br />d) There will be no adverse affect to traffic flow in the area <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />There are several conditional uses in oPeration within the <br />City which to our knowledge have not caused neighborhood <br />problems. <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />The accounting service will not affect the life style of <br />the neighboring residents in a residential setting. Fur- <br />ther, it should not affect the enjoyment or value of <br />properties in the vicinity. <br /> <br />4) T~at the Criteria for Approva/Disapproval are as follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The applicants request, to be the sole operator of an <br />accounting service should not be detrimental to or endanger <br />the public health, safety or general welfare and is not <br />contrary to established standards as regulated by City <br />Codes. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />The lot size and proposed accounting service location <br />should not be unsitely or undesirable or obnoxious in <br />appearance and should not hinder the orderly and harmonious <br />development of the City or the district where herein pro- <br />posed. <br /> <br /> <br />
