HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AGREt~2~NT CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA~ This agreement is entered into this the day of November, 1980, be- tween the City of Ramseyis hereinafter referred to as "City" and Linda Monte hereinafter referred to as "Permittee" to operate on her premises at 6511 - ]_69th Lane, Ramsey, Mirmesota 55303, an accounting service as de- fined in City Code Chapter t70.0t4E. The Home Occupation Permit Agreement is granted conditioned and contingent upon -the Permittee complying with the following: 1) The Applicant shall permit no on-street parking of her customers. 2) The Applicant shall construct a turn around in the drive- way for customers leaving the premises. The driveway turn around need not be blacktop, but a material such as Class V or crushed limerock. There shall not be a second driveway constructed to the Permittee's premises to be used as a cus- tomer turn around. 3) The Permittee shall be allowed to install a sign not to exceed two (2) square feet on the Permittee's premises and to be placed as to the direction of the accomating service entrance. 4) The Permittee shall be the sole operator of the accounting service and shall not be allowed to employ another accountant under this permit agreement. 5) The Building Official of the City shall inspect the premises to insure that it meets code prior to commencement of operation. 6) The Permittee understands and agrees that the Home Occupation Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and any violation of the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City regulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this Home Occupation Permit. Also this permit shall be re- viewed annually by the City Staff for compliance with the con- ditions contained herein.
