I stated that this would be c~h'sistent with the review and <br />approval just granted to Alpaca Estates: also in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />In addition I mentioned that you would have. to provide legal assurances to <br />the city that the open space (outlot) land could not be subdivided.
