Drainage from this plat <br />is proposed to be directed to the Mi'~sissipp~ River. The developer is pro- <br />posing to pond water on Outlot A wi'th an outlet to the Mississippi River <br />through the adjacent plat in Elk River. Prior to plat approval the <br />appropriate easements and an agreement from Elk River should be obtained <br />to allow for the drainage. <br /> <br />7.
