.7) Appointing Technical Advisory Committee Members to the County Technical <br />Advisory Committee Re~arding Community Development <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to appoint <br />Mayor Gamec to the County Technical Advisory Committee Regarding Community <br />Development to represent the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said there is no way one person can handle this. He said <br />County Administrator Ralph McGinley guaranteed him the other day that the <br />County was going to minimize it. <br /> <br />8) Assessment Assumption Agreement; Case of Lee Hennen <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich said he has not received the two letters of agreement <br />or the Certificate of Deposit. He said he added the sentence, "That Dellwood <br />and the Homeowner will defend and hold harmless the City from and all actions <br />which may be brought against the City-as-a result of its actions in this matter." <br />to the agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Cox to-approve <br />the agreement with Dellwood Construction Company and Jeffery George~Schmidkunz <br />and the agreement with Dellwood Construction Compnay and Kevin Lee Busch <br />contingent upon the City receiving the~Certif~cate of Deposit and Letters <br />of Agreement, one from the V.A. and one from the mortgage company. <br />M.C. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Clmn. Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson & Cox. Voting no-None. <br />9) Regarding Hickma~_'s Farm Market at the Intersection of State Highwaz #10 <br />and Sunfish Lake Blvd. _~County Road #57) Utilizin~ the H%ghway Right-of-Way <br />The council noted that action is being' taken on this case. <br /> <br />10) Tungsten Storm Sewer Condemnation~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by'Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80-147a authorizing partial payment of $3,648.40 to Steven W. Bloom <br />and Carol A. Bloom for damages in the Tungsten Storm Sewer Condemnation case. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann; <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-147a. <br /> <br />11) Finance <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80-147b for transfer of funds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-147b. <br /> <br />12) Janitorial Service <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve the <br />recommendation of awarding of the bid to Mr. John Terhan in the amount of $245.00 <br />plus $75.00 the first month to get building in shape for the city's janitorial service. <br /> <br />C/Octo~r 28, 1980 <br /> Page 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
