I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br />'1 <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />3) Three or More Family Structures <br /> <br />Three or more family structures shall have at least <br />three (3) livable rooms per family and the overall <br />dimensions shall contain an area of not less than six <br />hundred (600) square feet on the first floor per <br />family, including foyer and exclusive of garage. <br /> <br />d. No manufactured home shall have a width of less than twenty- <br /> four (24) feet at its narrowest point. <br /> <br />No single family manufactured home erected in the City of <br />Ramsey after July 31, 1982 built in conformance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 327.31 to 327.35 shall be <br />constructed unless built on a full foundation which <br />foundations is underneath the entire structure including <br />attached garages and which foundation complies with the <br />State Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />Section 2. Penalty. <br /> <br />Any violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanfor pubishable by a <br />fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and/or 90 days in <br />jail, and each day that a violation of this Ordinance continues shall be <br />a separate violation. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Isakson and Schneider. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to recommend <br />City Council amend City Code Chapter 170.02 entitled "Mobile Homes" Section <br />170.021 of the City Code by adopting the following Ordinance #82-13: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amendment. <br /> <br />Section 170.021 Definitions, Paragraph 1, is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A "mobile home" is a manufactured home that does not meet the <br />requirements of a manufactured home and the requirements for <br />erection of a manufactured home as described by Section 170.014(N) <br />of the City Code, which Section was adopted by City of Ramsey <br />Ordinance #82.12. <br /> <br />Section 2.
