Regarding Addition To Their Building: <br /> <br />Gene Walters was present and stated plans for a 30'x80' addition to his <br />business on Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that Council would have no problem approving his request <br />for permit and supporting that request for permit if his property falls into <br />the landfill moritorium area. He also informed him that a Site and Design <br />should be brought in and reviewed with Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that we in Ramsey are left to make decisions based <br />on County's mandates. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle suggested that Mr. Walters submit a rough drawing to the City <br />and the City will take it to the County and if the County approves, then <br />Mr. Walters can go ahead with final plans. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he would like to see someone from City Staff work <br />with Mr. Walters and the County on this matter, that there should be no <br />problems, but if there are the Council would like to hear about them. <br /> <br />Case #2: Reverend Dale Olsen Regarding Conditional Use Permit And Platting <br /> <br />Of Land: <br /> <br />Mr. O]sen was present and requested a conditional use permit for a church <br />on Hwy. #47 and 179th be discussed, that he needs a variance because the <br />parcel is 9 acres and not the required 10, and further requested exemp[~ion <br />from platting. <br /> <br />C/September 28, 1982 <br /> Page 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
