Councilmember Cox inquired if there were any <br />monies left to improve Cty. Rd. #5 and 167th. Council directs City <br />Engineer to look for a solution to the drainage problem at Cty. Rd. #5 <br />and 167th. <br /> <br />Council left this motion as an open motion on the floor and a vote should <br />be taken at the next regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />5. Gateways North Industrial Park <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />renew Letter of Credit for Gateways North Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: Violation Of Wild And Scenic River Ordinance; Case Of Mr. Edwin <br /> <br />Potter, 17665 Argon Street NW: <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle noted that river property owners should be put on notice that <br />it is a violation to change river property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />directing City Staff to send a letter to Mr. Edwin Potter stating that he <br /> <br />C/September 28, 1982 <br /> Page 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
