Further, that they enter into an agreement <br />with the City of Ramsey in regards to the site and design plan and to authorize <br />%he Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Bills For Approval: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 18, Paragraph 11 of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case ~14: Approval of 1983 City Operational Budget: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 19, Paragraph 3 of these minutes. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #8: City Workers' Compensation Insurance: <br /> <br />Council noted the following: <br /> <br />a. Home Insurance Company's letter dated September 8, 1982. <br /> <br />b. Insurance Service Center's letter dated September 10, 1982. <br /> <br />Case ~10: Drainage Problem Regarding Jaspar Street And 162nd Lane; Case of <br /> <br />Mr. Joe McCarty: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that Mr. McCarty cannot be present at the Tuesday <br />night Council meetings. Mr. Cox went on to say that if it is in the best <br />interest of the community to install a culvert at Mr. McCarty's location <br />because water is washing out the soil along the roadbed and causing break-up <br />of blacktop, then maybe the City should install it. <br /> <br />Mr. Mevissen stated that there is no washing out of the roadbed causing the <br />blacktop to break up. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann instructed City Staff to send Mr. McCarty a letter <br />informing him that new culverts are available from the City and quote him <br />the price, further inform Mr. McCarty that for a limited time, there are <br />some used culverts the City will sell at half the price of a new one. <br /> <br />Case #11: Engineering (1. Approval Of Pay Estimates; 2. Request For Change <br /> <br />Order Approval; And 3. Drainage Easement): <br /> <br />1.
