ED REINKE; REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Reinke of 8059 - 154th Avenue NW is requesting a conditional use <br />permit to operate a business out of his home which would include the parking <br />of three dump trucks on the easterly edge of his property. We have received <br />several complaints on this issue and have therefore advised Mr. Reinke ~at <br />his only recourse, other than abatement, was to attempt acquiring a conditional <br />use permit. <br /> <br />If your action in this matter is to recommend approval, you should develop <br />a conditional use permit agreement spelling out what's to be allowed. <br /> <br />If your recommendation is to deny this request, findings of fact should be <br />be prepared accordingly. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D2-c) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of adjoining properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br /> <br /> <br />
