I I I I :1 I I I I I I I I I I I I CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GROUP W CABLE AND THE CITY OF RAMSEY This Agreement is entered into this day of December, 1982 between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Group W Cable of Quad Cities, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", to install and operate a 75 ft. microwave tower and an appurtenant structure at the southeast corner of 167th Avenue NW and' County Road ~5 at an address which has been established as 6750 - 167th Avenue NW. This conditional use permit is granted conditioned and contingent upon the Permittee complying with the following: 1) That the Permittee shall allow no on-street parking. 2) That the Permittee shall locate the structures and drives and develop the site as shown on the site plan which is incorporated as a part of this Agreement as Exhibit "A". 3) That the Permittee shall keep the tower and appurtenant structures in good repair at all times. 4) That the Permittee shall construct the building of materials which are com- patible to other detached accessory buildings in the neighborhood. 5) That the Permittee understands and agrees that building permits shall be acquired for all construction. 6) That the Permittee understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and that any violation of the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City Ordinance or regulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit.
