I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />:1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN GROUP W CABLE AND <br /> THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This Agreement is entered into this day of December, 1982 between the City of <br />Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Group W Cable of Quad Cities, Inc., <br />hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", to install and operate a 75 ft. microwave <br />tower and an appurtenant structure at the southeast corner of 167th Avenue NW and' <br />County Road ~5 at an address which has been established as 6750 - 167th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is granted conditioned and contingent upon the Permittee <br />complying with the following: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall allow no on-street parking. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall locate the structures and drives and develop the <br />site as shown on the site plan which is incorporated as a part of this <br />Agreement as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall keep the tower and appurtenant structures in good <br /> repair at all times. <br /> <br />4) That the Permittee shall construct the building of materials which are com- <br /> patible to other detached accessory buildings in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />5) That the Permittee understands and agrees that building permits shall be <br /> acquired for all construction. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />That the Permittee understands and agrees that the conditional use permit <br />granted herein is subject to review at any time and that any violation of <br />the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City Ordinance or <br />regulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit.
