'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />'1 <br /> <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />Wednesday, November 3, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Arthur Dunn <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Robert Isakson <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg, City Building Official <br />Mr. William Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission to order at 7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned at <br />7:35 P.M. in order to hold the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1. Urban Development Permit; Case of Scandinavian Construction <br /> <br />2. Conditional Use Permit; Case of Cross of Hope Lutheran Church <br /> <br />3. Conditional Use Permit; Case of Mr. Ed Reinke <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission back to order at 8:24 P.M. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunn and seconded by Commissioner Schneider to approve <br />the agenda with the following correction: <br /> <br />1. Case #3: Mr. Ed Reinke request for Conditional Use Permit will be <br /> first order of business in order .to facilitate the audience present. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Isakson, Schneider and La Due. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />Public Hearing Meeting Minutes dated October 5, 1982, regarding Mr. A1Bullick's <br />request for rezoning of Lot 4, Block 3, Riverside West Addition from R-l, <br />Residential'to B-l, Business. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Deemer, Schneider and LaDue. <br />Isakson. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Voting No: None.
