Abstain: Commissioner <br /> <br />Special City Council meeting minutes dated September 27, 1982. <br />Regular City Council meeting minutes dated September 28, 1982. <br />Special City Council meeting minutes dated October 25, 1982. <br />Regular City Council meeting minutes dated October 26, 1982. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1' Case Of Scandinavian Construction; Request For An Urban Development <br /> Permit: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 6, Paragraph 6 of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case #2: Case Of Cross Of Hope Lutheran Church; Request For A Conditional Use <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br /> Permit: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 5, Paragraph 10 of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case #3: Case Of Mr. Ed. Reinke; Request For A Conditional Use Permit: <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated that he doesn't see anything wrong with granting <br />Mr. Reinke a conditional use permit, as long as it doesn't go beyond April 15, <br />1983. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that City Attorney Goodrich recommended a conditional use <br />permit with an expiration date if the Commission approves of Mr. Reinke's <br />request. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission compiled the following Findings-of Fact: <br /> <br />1. Conditional Use Permit was applied for to operate and store four (4) <br /> pieces of equipment until April 15, 1983, at the Reinke residence. <br /> <br />2. Area is zone as Residential. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission is in receipt of a petition objecting <br />to the granting of a conditional use permit based on items listed <br />in the petition and signed by 24 families. <br /> <br />q. Complaints have been submitted regarding said storage of equipment. <br /> <br />5. There are similar nonconforming uses throughout the City and within <br /> a mile or two of Mr. Reinke's residence. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Mr. Reinke's business should not be causing any additional noise <br />in the area and no apparent traffic hazard due to the proximity of <br /> P & Z/November 3, 1982 Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
