Mr. Reinke's business would not cause a dust nuisance due to blacktop <br /> streets. <br /> <br />8. Appears to be no equipment involved that would cause any apparent <br /> adverse affects to blacktop streets. <br /> <br />9. Appears there were approximately 50 households notified. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Notice did not indicate that the applicant was requesting <br />to operate a temporary business from subject property, only that he <br />wished to store equipment. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />There should be no more of a safety hazard caused than with that of <br />recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, swimming pools, school buses and <br />delivery trucks. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />This particular type of activity could impair the use, enjoyment and <br />value to any adjacent property owners, however, not all adjacent <br />property owners are in objection. <br /> <br />13. Condition did exist before Use Permit was applied for. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Schneider to <br />accept the above Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Isakson, Schnei'der and La Due. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission compiled the following Criteria for Approval: <br /> <br />That the establishment,maintenance or operation will not be <br />detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety or general <br />welfare and is not contrary to established standards, regulations <br />or ordinances of other governmental agencies. -- Commission members <br />agree. <br /> <br />That each structure or improvement is so designed and constructed <br />that it is not unsightly, undesireable or obnoxious in appearance <br />and that it will not hinder the orderly and harmonious development <br />of the city and the use district wherein proposed. -- Not applicable. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />That the use will not be substantially injurious to the permitted <br />uses nor unduly restrict the enjoyment of other property in the <br />immediate vicinity nor substantially diminish and impair property <br />values within the area. -- Commission agrees because of adverbs <br />unduly and substantially. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />That the establishment of the use will not impede the orderly and <br />normal development and improvement of the surrounding property for <br />uses permitted in the zoning district. -- Not applicable. <br /> <br />e.
