That the use will conform to all applicable regulations of the <br /> district wherein proposed. -- Acceptable. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Isakson and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adopt <br />the above Criteria for Approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No' None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunn to recommend that City Council grant a temporary <br />Conditional Use Permit to Mr. Ed. Reinke to operate his business and store <br />four (4) pieces of equipment (two dump trucks, Ford tractor, bobcat) at <br />his residence (Lot 3, Block 2, Whispering Pines Plat 4), based on the <br />Findings of Fact and Criteria for Approval, and further that said permit be <br />contingent upon the following conditions: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />That the pieces of equipment will be removed from the property no <br />later than April 15, 1983 and business will cease at that time, at <br />that address. Further, that said equipment is to be used for snow <br />plowing and removal only. <br /> <br />That no customers are to be serviced out of Mr. Reinke's residence. <br /> <br />Adequate off-street parking be provided for his employees as well as <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />4. That the business be limited to four (4) employees for the duration <br /> of this permit. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />That there be no fuel storage on the property. <br /> <br />Any drainage problems created to this point in time be corrected <br />prior to the City entering into an agreement with Mr. Reinke. <br />Further, that Mr. Reinke is responsible for any future drainage <br />problems that might be created. <br /> <br />7. Access to the property from County Rd. #83 be via shortest route <br /> possible using City streets. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Any repair or work done at premises on vehicles, be done no later <br />that 5:00 P.M. and not prior to 8:00 A.M. <br /> <br /> 9. Employees shall not be employed at premises. <br /> <br />10.
