Miller, Committee Member of Ad Hoc for Putlic Utilities <br />Arthur Dunn, Committee Member of Ad Hoc for Public Utilities <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting to order at 5:06 P.M. and led in'the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the purpose of this special work session is to discuss <br />the proposed policy for public improvements and special assessments. He <br />also stated that this request for a work session was initiated by Councilmember <br />Schlueter and the request was co-signed by Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Arnold Cox - Requested being placed on the agenda in order to discuss deleting <br />Site P from the County inventory of landfill sites. ~'- <br /> <br />Motion'by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />address the issue of Anoka County's Proposed Landfill Site "P" brought forth <br />by Mr. Arnold Cox. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Schlueter, Reimann, <br />Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting No: None . <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Anoka County's Proposed Landfill Site "P": <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich read Mr. Cox's letter to the Ramsey City Council <br />dated March 21, 1983 regarding Anoka County's Proposed Landfill Site "P". <br /> <br />Mr. Cox stated that he needed Council's input regarding this matter prior <br />to a County meeting to be conducted the morning of March 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Sp C/March 21, 1983 <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
