What will happen if that driveway has
to torn up when and if blacktopping comes in on 157th? ~

Mr. Berg - If the driveway has to be removed the City would have to replace
it.

Mr. Peterson polled the audience and a majority was in favor of a public
hearing being conducted regarding blacktopping 157th.

Mr. Berg - Consideration of calling for a feasiblity study and public hearing
regarding 157th will be on the Council agenda for March 22, 1983. If it is
approved the affected residents will receive a notice of public hearing and
the costs involved with blactopping 157th will be discussed at that public
hearing.

The public hearing adjourned at 7:52 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Sylvia Frolik
Secretary

Lloyd G.
