Special Council meeting minutes dated February 8, 1983. <br /> <br />2. Public Hearing minutes dated February 8, 1983 regarding the Utility <br /> Assessment Ordinance. <br /> <br />3. Regular Council meeting minutes dated February 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider noted in the February 22, 1983 Council minutes that a <br />petition was submitted regarding Group W request for Conditional Use Permit. <br />Commissioner Schneider commented that she has had a telephone conversation with <br />Rita Hoeschen and Rita stated that the affected residents were under the <br />assumption that the location still under consideration for the microwave tower <br />was that of Cty. Rd. ~5 and 167th. Commissioner Schneider also stated that <br />the subject petition was completed and signed by the February 15, 1983 Planning <br />and Zoning public hearing date, but the petition was not submitted until the <br />February 22, 1983 Council meeting. Further, Mrs. Hoeschen claims that three <br />persons within the 350' criteria for public hearing notice, were not notified. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider noted in the February 22, 1983 Council minutes that <br />a request for lot split from Mr. Joe Sentryz was tabled until a computer study <br />could be accomplished. Commissioner Schneider wondered if Council is having <br />second thoughts regarding lot splits. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter, who was present at the Planning and Zoning meeting, <br />replied that the motion to table and the mention of a computer study regarding <br />lot splits was initiated by Mayor Gamec and that was the first that herself <br />and Councilmember Van Wagner heard of the subject computer s~udy. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that the financial gain or loss, in no way, can be <br />used as criteria to change ordinances. ~- <br /> <br />Mr. Berg informed the Commission that the DNR training session mentioned in <br />Item #34 of Council Minutes dated February 22, 1983, Page 9, is scheduled. <br />for March 22, 1983 from 9:00 A'.M. till 12:00J~oon. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that the micro-wave 'tower has been approved at the <br />Morris property and fencing was required by Council. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~1: <br /> <br />Request For A Variance To subdivide By Metes And Bounds; Case Of <br />Mrp. Marlys Schindeldecker: <br /> <br />Mrs. Schindeldecker was present at the meeting, and stated that when she <br />bought the property (parcel 7350 on the southeast Corner of 153rd Avenue NW <br />and Hedgehog Street NW) she had intentions of subdividing and developing the <br />resulting lot. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated that the Commission should be consistent and <br />not approve the lot split. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission then reviewed the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />P & Z/March 1, 1983 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
