The N.H.C. Building is proposed for the Side door Lounge. <br />Mr. Gilbertson has indicated his purpose in subdividing is to <br />allow for future individual ownerships. <br /> <br />The information for this case will be available for the meeting. <br /> <br />Your actions in this matter will be to adopt findings of fact and <br />recommend approval/denial of the requested based on those finding. <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt <br />findings of fact regarding Mr. James Gilbertsons request <br />to subdivide by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to recommend <br />approval/denial based on the findings of fact of Mr. James <br />Gilbertsons request to subdivide by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />Amendment to House Size Ordinance: <br /> <br />In working with our existing ordinance that governs house sizes <br />we discovered that it was not very well defined nor did it ad- <br />equately cover multi family dwellings. <br /> <br /> <br />
