Voting yes Voting no Sketch Plan Approval for Robert Wojcik: Mr. Robert Wojcik and Mr. Steve Welch have requested they be placed on your agenda for sketch plan review of a 1.6 acre parcel they wish to plat on West Highway #10. They have previously re- quested approval for a metes and bounds subdivision that was denied. AT this writing the only information available for your review is a portion of the half section showing the parcel they wish to subdivide which is included as enclosure (D2-b). The other information will be available for your review at the meet- ing. If you feel that you have not had adequate time to review this information then'you should so inform the applicants. We have presented it in this manner because Mr. Welch is losing his body shop building the first of May and we feel we should try and accommodate him. Your action in this matter will be to approve/deny/table the pro- posed sketch plan.
