Where a two dwelling structure is constructed with <br />a zero (0) lot line, the overall dimensions of the attached/detached garage <br />shall not contain less than 440 square feet. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Three or More Dwelling Unit Structures <br /> <br /> Three or more dwelling unit structures shall contain at least three (3) <br />habitable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, and the overall dimensions <br /> <br />shall contain the following minimum floor areas, exclusive of garages, per unit: <br /> 1) 600 square feet for single floor units <br /> <br /> 2) 800 square feet for two story and multiple level units <br /> <br />Each unit of any three or more unit structures shall have an attached/detached <br />garage with overall dimensions that contain not less than 240 square feet. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Efficiency Units <br /> <br /> Efficiency units, as defined by the State Building Code, may be incorporated <br />in any complex containing five (5) or more units but in no case shall the number <br />of efficiency units comprise more than 20 percent of the total units. <br /> <br />Each efficiency unit shall have an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions <br />that contain not less than 240 square feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
