I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Efficiency Units <br /> <br /> Efficiency units, as defined by the State Building Code, may be <br />incorporated in any complex containing five (5) or more units but in no <br />case shall the number of efficiency units comprise more than 20 percent <br />of the total units. <br /> <br />Each efficiency unit shall have an attached/detached garage with overall <br />dimensions that contain not less than 240 square feet. <br /> <br /> Ail persons interested in this subject are invited to appear at <br />the hearing and present their comments.
